I use a mixture of Swedish and deep tissue techniques to relax, seek, find, and release areas of tension and discomfort. I believe a combination of light therapeutic touch and firm more aggressive touch together in one massage is the ideal method to an effective massage. Having worked in a chiropractic setting for the duration of my 4 years as a therapist I have gained extensive experience on clients with back and neck problems.
