60 Hours of Continuing education in Myofascial Release (The John Barnes Theory). Myofascial Release I & II, Myofascial Unwinding along with 24 hours of Training in synergetic Myofascial Release techniques.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage

I offer Manual lymphatic drainage (MLD) a specialized massage technique. Through extensive training in various methods, including the Vodder method and Brazilian lymphatic drainage, I provide treatments for post-operative care and body contouring.

Dermaplane

I have completed the Dermaplane Pro certification course. This intensive training has equipped me with advanced skin care knowledge and skills. I am excited to offer this rejuvenating treatment to my clients.
