Jasmine was employed in the IT industry and studied to be a teacher before finding her passion in bodywork. Now she uses her analytical and problem-solving mindset as well as her love of teaching to both "troubleshoot" the human body and impart knowledge to her clients! Having graduated in 2020 from the College of Lake County, she is a fresh and enthusiastic face in the massage industry with a strong desire to learn and grow. Jasmine’s primary massage concentration is rehabilitative work, from injuries and post-surgery recovery to chronic aches and pains. She believes that client education is necessary for long-lasting improvement and will work hand in hand with you to construct and implement goal-oriented plans for physical wellness.

Jasmine says “An educated client is an empowered client! From being taught ergonomic ways to arrange your workspace or which muscles to activate in various scenarios, or how a system in our body operates and why that function is being disrupted, learning how our body structures function aids in all areas of bodily wellbeing. What I do on the massage table is only half of the battle! Taking what you learn home and implementing that information into your daily life is what takes you from surviving to THRIVING!”
