Amy Sand graduated from The Body Therapy Center and School of Massage in 2003 and has been massaging ever since. Over the past 12 years Amy has continued her massage education taking classes in Reflexology, Myofacial Release, Neuromuscular Therapy and Trigger Point Therapy. She is also a certified yoga teacher and has been has been studying yoga therapy for 13 years.
