For me opening, Blue Sage MT was an opportunity to bring therapeutic opportunities to real life living. I wanted my clients to know that their appointment was designed for their needs on the day. I wanted to be able to provide services customized to my clients to allow them to keep doing the activities that they love, live in the world a little less stressed, give themselves the self care they need to heal, and excel in their best physical performance.

When I'm not navigating the world of muscle awareness, I love being outside.  My house is big on sports, skiing, cooking, music and being with family and friends. A true gypsy heart has me excited to explore new places!!

Kaycee is amazing! She’s so kind, down to earth, and just fun to talk with — the kind of person who instantly makes you feel comfortable. I came in for craniosacral fascial therapy along with a massage, and honestly it felt like magic. With just the lightest touch, she was able to pick up on areas where I’ve had past injuries and tension. She explained everything as she went in a way that made so much sense, and I left feeling both relaxed and more connected to my body. What I really appreciated is how she listens and tailors the whole session to you — I felt heard and cared for the whole time. If you’re looking for more than just a “massage,” and want someone who truly knows her stuff and creates such a supportive space, I can’t recommend Kaycee enough. Thank you!
