I am a licensed massage therapist who LOVES the work.  I am passionate about the healing arts because I enjoy seeing feel better.  Regular massage not only helps prevent and relieve pain, it also helps reduce stress, lower blood pressure and increase ones sense of well-being.  I specialize in Swedish, Sports, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point, Hot Stone, and Craniosacral massage therapies.  What is unique about my practice is I incorporate aromatherapy, THOR's cold laser  photobiomodulation therap...

Massage is now accepted by most health insurance companies as a healing modality to address things like myofascial pain syndrome, increase range of motion, and recovery from injuries like whiplash (most HSA cards accepted).

Craniosacral Therapy

I completed all levels of Cranial-Sacral Training offered by Renaissance College of Massage Therapy: Cranial 1, Cranial 2, Advanced Cranial, SER (Somatic Emotional Release), Visceral, and the 5 day Cranial Retreat; a capstone experience. Renaissance is the only school in Utah to offer this complete training.

Myofascial Release

Trained in Deep Tissue and Trigger Point Therapy which aid in releasing myofascial adhesions.

THOR Photobiomodulation Therapy

I flew to Seattle for an 8 hour training course on THOR's LED and cold Laser therapy. With that knowledge I'm able to help clients who have issues with inflammation and edema, injury recovery, relax trigger points, and relieve pain. I have access to a library of protocols for a wide range of pathologies and have seen some success with cold laser treatments (see, www.thorlaser.com for more information)

Spa

Infrared Sauna Treatment

After a good deal of research I found the industry leader for Infrared saunas (see, www.sunlighten.com). The 6-man near, mid, and far infrared empuls model sauna provides therapies for pain relief, detoxification, skin conditions, cardio benefits, and weight loss. The heat is relaxing without being oppressive. It feels like you're soaking in the warm rays of the sun.
