Selina was born and raised in Tucson, but has enjoyed living and working in Vail, Manhattan and Yelapa Mexico.

Selina was born and raised in Tucson, but has enjoyed living and working in Vail, Manhattan and Yelapa Mexico.

Selina studied Five Element Theory and Chinese Acupressure (Tui Na) at Oriental Healing Arts Institute graduating in 2004, continuing her education with Leslie Bruder/ Phenomenal Touch, and completing the CRMT program at BCMT. While at BCMT, she devoted her internship to Boulder Veterans Center working with post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). After graduating from BCMT, she began working with insurance patients, alongside physical therapists to provide injury and rehabilitative care. 

Selina continued her Somatic Training at the Brooks Institute in Boulder where she studied pre and perinatal attachment, and body centered psychotherapy. In addition to therapeutic massage techniques, she specializes in Biodynamic Craniosacral and Alchemical Alignment modalities which focus on settling the nervous system to cultivate greater health and well-being. Gently unwinding the nervous system from patter of compression, hypervigilance and inertia to a state of ease, resource and flow.

Selina is very skilled and competent, having been a massage therapist for around 20 yrs. now. She's always learning more modalities to incorporate into her practice. Her spirituality and kindness towards others is so welcoming, which roots her in her healing work. She's one of the nicest people I've ever met. Thanks to her skills, I'm a moving, functional person, even after all the abuse my old body has been subjected to (car accident, sports, moving house many times, general stress, etc.). I thank the universe after every treatment I get!

Selina is absolutely amazing. Knows exactly how to treat any issues you may have. It is such a relaxing experience—her demeanor is so calm and gentle. She really listens and asks about any issues you may be experiencing. I recently had a cupping and a hot stone massage from her. I have had massages from her for the past 10 years, starting when she was in Niwot where I lived at the time. Now she is in Boulder and I’m in east Longmont, but, it is so worth the 45 minute drive for a massage from her! She is the best!
