Lori has over 10 years of massage experience. She graduated from Myotherapy College of Utah in 1998, and from University of Utah in 1999. She has worked in spas in Park City, UT and in Woodinville, WA as well as having a private practice at various times throughout her career. She loves working in spas and giving her clients the ultimate pampering experience. She also loves working with the body to find solutions for any ache, pain or discomfort, using many different body work modalities. Throughout the years she has learned to feel what each body needs through knowledge and experience with the anatomy and use of different energy techniques. Stretching is also a big component of her work, as our bodies find health through a balance of relaxation and movement. In her free time, you might find her spending time with her family, doing yoga, reading, gardening, doing homework with the kids, or taking another massage or aromatherapy class. Learning is living.
