In December of 2018, Emily C. Snodgrass had completed a 14 month 750 hour Massage Therapy program at Central Maryland School of Massage which was fully accredited by the ACCET (Accrediting Council for Continuing Education and Training). Course training included: Biomechanics, Kinesiology, Essential Sciences, Ethics, Professionalism, and Business Practices.

In October 2021 Emily completed her certification in Manual Lymphatic Drainage from the Academy of Lymphatic Studies. Emily's goal during session is to assist the body in regaining balance by releasing tension held in the muscles and bringing awareness to posture and daily repetitive movements. These patterns contribute to muscles presenting with acute or chronic soreness. Studies have shown that receiving regular massage can support the body with sleep quality, improved circulation, decreased anxiety and stress levels, reduced fatigue and increased energy levels along with many other benefits. Her approach to massage is to listen to what the client's goals are for their session, and adjust her approach from there.
