I have been practicing massage therapy, yoga and energy work for over 12 years. The more I learn, the less I know, but this hasn't stopped me from continuing my journey nor has it quenched my thirst for more knowledge! I truly believe that we are body, mind and spirit, and as such we should treat these three levels instead of just focusing on the physical plane. My passion for helping others heal has only increased through the years, and I love what I do!

Warmth-filled massage; caring, relaxing, expert touch in a wonderfully decorated space! The massage table, face cradle, pillows, and blankets are soft and comfy. There is soft lighting, appropriate music, and plenty of space for my belongings. Crystle is the best!! ❤️
