Keith has been a life long student of massage and human health. Having experienced several injuries early in life Keith is familiar with pain and gained priceless knowledge through self care. His instinctual desire to heal with his hands started in early childhood fueled by an endless desire to be the best healer possible.
Through his teens and early twenties Keith casual gathered knowledge from anyone with something to share. Applying what he learned and experimenting with technique keith practiced on friends and family, slowly developed his sense of touch and a unique intuitive approach. Convinced by friends and family Keith pursued massage professionally. After finishing his primary massage certifications Keith continued his education in the Biological Sciences earning a Bachelors of Science in 2013. Massage and healing were kept at the forefront of his mind through out his time at university guiding his studies.
Never satisfied, Keith continued to push the boundaries of what he was capable of achieving. Envisioning a more interactive and effective modality to be possible Keith began experimenting with adding movement and other enhancers to his massage with good results. In 2015 a colleague introduced Keith to Myoskeletal Alignment Techniques and to his great relief it offered exactly the skills he had been intuitively developing bolstered by the principles Osteopathic Medicine.
Myoskeletal Alignment opened a new level healing to Keith. Instead of only relieving aches and pain MAT allows for the possibility to restore proper function to a wide range of common tissue, joint and postural dysfunctions. Currently holding two MAT certifications Keith continues his MAT education with plans to become Master Certified.
