I completed my massage training at Three Oaks Academy in Boise, Idaho.  The school no longer exists, but the skills they taught us have served me well!  I love being able to help relieve pain, help people recover from surgery and injuries and just generally help people feel better in their bodies.  Our bodies are such wondrous things!

I'm not only generally licensed in Idaho, but I hold certifications in Massage Cupping, Medi-cupping, geriatric massage and am a Reiki Master.  I specialize in massage cupping, and generally incorporate it in some way in every session.  It's a modality that never ceases to amaze me!

When I'm not working, I love to spend time outside with my husband....yardwork, camping, motorcycle riding - all fun!  I'm also a serial crafter and always have projects in the works.
