About Bodywork by Katie
Howdy folks! My name is Katie and I've been a licensed massage therapist since 2019. 


I found my passion for mind and body when I moved to Arkansas and began working for organic vegetable farms and then a farmer's cooperative in 2013. I quickly realized the importance of food, its value, and how what we eat can affect our bodies. After growing a relationship with nutritional food, and spending countless hours in the fields harvesting, I recognized that my posture was lacking tremendously. I struggled with posture for years and dove straight into yoga, committing to the practice twice a day, every day. It was then that I knew which direction I wanted my career to move to.
