Esalen massage: is an eclectic blend of techniques and principles from various disciplines, including Swedish massage, sensory awareness training, craniosacral therapy, applied kinesiology/stretching, tai, with a slow flow and including long strokes.  Stretching, Compression and Rocking to release and increase joint mobility, and reduce stiffness. This combination induces deep relaxation and relieves attachment sites.

Myofascial Release: Your myofascial tissue is a network of tissue that spreads throughout your entire body. It connects your muscles, joints, and bones. Myofascial pain is different from other types of pain because it occurs in places where your myofascial tissue meets or crosses.

Craniosacral Release: Gentle holding of specific points along the head, sacrum and spinal column to release tension. A powerful modality that has proven beneficial for a variety of conditions. * Headaches, chronic pain, sinus conditions, IBS.
