Essentially every system in the body can be improved by massage and energy work, either directly or indirectly. Each client, each visit receives a custom approach based on years of experience. As a massage therapist and energy healer my objective in all my sessions is to help bring about Harmonic Transitions by utilizing various techniques to assist the person towards a healthier state of harmony and balance within the body, mind and spirit.

Shamanic Healing/Earth Medicine

Completed a one year study program in Shamanic Healing/Earth Medicine with Amy Wilinksi from Golden Light Healing as well as attended a 4 day workshop with her teacher/Shaman Jose Luis from Cusco Peru. In June of 2014 I was fortunate to attend a two-week Shamanic Initiation Journey in Peru learning from the ancestors and keepers of this knowledge with both these teachers.
