With over 9 years of experience in the massage therapy field, I specialize in deep tissue massage techniques designed to relieve tension, reduce pain, and promote relaxation. I have worked in a variety of settings, including salons and private practices, which has allowed me to refine my skills and tailor treatments to each client's unique needs.

Since 2015, I have been dedicated to helping clients achieve greater mobility, reduce chronic pain, and experience relief from stress and muscle tightness. My deep tissue approach focuses on targeting the deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue, providing lasting relief for those suffering from tension, injury, or postural imbalances. Whether you are looking to unwind from daily stress or address specific pain points, my goal is to create a customized experience that fosters both physical healing and mental relaxation.

Currently, I am joining the Holistic Health Co-op alongside the very knowledgeable and talented Courtney Barger, LMT.  The Location is:

• Holistic Health Suite at 80 Grace Drive Suite G.
  Powell, OH 43065 
• Hours: Every Monday from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Friday from 2:00 pm - 6:30 pm, and every other Saturday from 1:00 pm - 5:00 pm.
