She has experience with prenatal massage, sports massage, relaxation massage, and therapeutic or medical massage. She often incorporates dynamic cupping, hot stone therapy, Theragun percussion, plantar reflexology, myofascial release, passive stretching, and trigger point therapy to help clients achieve their goals.
