After attending psychology classes for 3 semesters, I came to realize I didn't want to just help the mind but also the body. I have always had an interest in massage therapy and decided I would take a chance. I traveled to Iowa and completed 1153 hours of education in Massage Therapy on April 24, 2004. In returning to North Dakota, I got married and we settled in Fargo. For three years I practiced massage in multiple settings; massage clinic, women's center, spa, and finally settled on my own space. In 2006 I delivered our first daughter and by fall 2007 I decided to stay home with her. In the following 10 years, I continued to work on family and friends while we had another daughter and moved from Fargo to Bismarck. In 2017, when our youngest daughter was attending school full time and the school did not need classroom parents or field trip chaperones, I went through the process to relicense and got back to work. I spent one year at the Touchmark Fitness Center before moving into my current location within Dakota Family Chiropractic. In relicensing I certified in Orthopedic Massage and have since been working on the multiple levels of training in CranioSacral Therapy. I enjoy the mission of helping each client identify their trouble spots, what causes them, and how to correct them. I look forward to working with you soon.
