A more traditional massage than Integrated Manual therapy but one that focuses on specific painful and/or chronic painful areas such as sciatica, plantar fasciitis, frozen shoulder, forward head, and neck problems, etc. Not a relaxation massage but not super deep tissue either. Only available with Tom who is nationally certified in Orthopedic Massage under James Waslaski and Whitney Lowe. A great price for this modality. It is suggested that guys bring shorts with them and gals bring a sports bra and shorts (or yoga pants)
