My visits are part of my self-imposed wellness plan. It's how I keep going so that I can maintain an active lifestyle. As a monthly member I receive a 90 massage in a very comfortable room on a super comfortable heated massage table. Sometimes with hot stones, or a foot scrub, and scented oils. I can bring my own oils, sometimes CBD, for muscle strains or just for relaxation. It's one of the best things I can do for myself. I've had some sports injuries and arthritis issues so this is perfect for me.
