I am 61, was born at Littleton Hospital and can trace my ancestry in Bethlehem to Almo Blandin who came to town in 1780 upon leaving the Continental Army.  I graduated from Littleton High School & Colby College.  I have worked in the Ski Resort Industry, owned a  milk & ice cream business and  now own and operate P&S Equipment, Inc. in Littleton which sells, repairs & rents outdoor power equipment & construction tools. I am looking to Massage Therapy as a way to keep my mind and body active and supplement my income when I retire.

In college I was the person classmates asked for a neck rub following all night study sessions or before a final exam.  Alaska in 1982 I took a one night massage class but did not continue formal training until 2017 at Wt Mt Community College, I have 3 classes remaining for a State License expected in Summer of 2019.

One of those courses this Autumn is supervised practice.  I need 125 hours of practice and am offering a limited number of individuals free massage sessions at my home in Bethlehem or at the Wt Mt Community College massage classroom in Littleton.

My goal is for the massage to be healing and address problem areas yet also be pampering & take the client away from their daily noise & stress. I do Swedish, Deep Tissue, foot Reflexology, lots of joint mobilization and stretching, I can also add hot stones or a Himalayan salt scrub. I use all natural lotions, essential oils and optional cbd lotion. I have a fair bit of experience with back, hip, neck & leg pain, and have helped with specific conditions as osteo arthritis, RA, headaches, digestive issues, carpal tunnel, sprained ankles, menstrual pain & plantar fasciitis.
