Emgee believes bodywork is a mechanism where transformative healing is possible. She aspires to promote body and environmental awareness through somatic and trauma-informed touch. Her approach is multi-faceted and guided by her personal journey of healing from multiple broken bones, undergoing major abdominal surgery with scarring, and travel. Emgee has taught internationally, is a published author, and editor. In her free time she makes large sculptural vessels.
