My focus with each session is to provide massage that is effective and thoughtful, encourage client awareness and give gentle feedback to maintain progress in between and beyond our sessions together. Aside from being a massage therapist I am a lucky mom to a lively and lovely 4 year old. We love taking our dog to the beach, getting outside rain or shine, and enjoying all this great area has to offer or getting cozy in our tiny home. Everything is an adventure.

Please note that my studio is located on the second floor of an older building. If you require special accommodations please contact me about potential in-house sessions and we will see what we can work out!

Muscle Specific Deep tissue works to effectively address specific structures. While discomfort may be inevitable, these techniques strive to work deeply without causing pain or long recovery post session. Deep tissue is not necessarily deep pressure, and I adapt the level of pressure applied according to the individual client.
