Hi! My name is Shelia and I am a licensed massage therapist. I specialize in deep tissue release work and I love the challenge that working on athletes gives me. I received my training from The Body Therapy Center and School of Massage in Swansea, Illinois. I have over 750 hours of training, a certification in myofascial release work, and five years of experience. I really love what I do. I love working on people who are committed to their health and wellbeing. I believe in preventative medicine and I know how regular massage therapy can keep an athlete free from injury.
