In that time I've worked in a variety of settings, from chiropractic clinics, to wellness centers in hospitals, to day spas, 5 star luxury resorts and eventually my own business.
My favorite type of bodywork is something I call Integrative Massage because it draws upon all my years of experience, my intuition and allows me to pick the right modality to best address each client's individual needs. I believe we are all unique and therefore a "cookie cutter", one-size fits all massage session is not what I'm about.
There's a great massage quote that says: "Self-care is not selfish. You cannot serve from an empty vessel." My philosophy is that everyone deserves a space where they can go to relax, restore, heal, recharge and find their center again. I love my job because I love helping people be the best version of themselves.

The entire experience is top notch. I came in for a massage and told Shan about my golfers elbow and how much pain I was in. I was not able to carry anything heavy: my coffee mug, purse, or even groceries. I asked if she could gently massage it as a last ditch effort before I went to the orthopedist to receive an injection. She asked if she could Facia blast the area as she once had golfers elbow and I said sure. Try anything once right? She Facia blasted the area and I was able to walk out of that massage PAIN FREE! Her talent and innate understanding of the human body are mind blowing. My arm is still fine and it’s been about 2 weeks since visiting her. Truly amazing!

Shan is an amazing massage therapist. She understands the anatomy and physiology of the body to get the most benefit. Takes advantage of many complementary tools such as facia blasters, hot rocks, suction cups to aid in her therapeutic touch.
