I am an NCBTMB Board Certified massage therapist, licensed in the state of New Hampshire. I graduated from Northeast Institute of Whole Health in 2010 and have since acquired extensive experience in Chiropractic and Trigger Point massage as well becoming a Reiki Master in the Usui-Tibetan lineage. I have also beens certified in Thai Bodywork, Myofascial Cupping, and The Auth Method of Deep Tissue Massage. I provide a variety of bodywork and massage modalities to enhance wellness, reduce stress, assist in rehabilitation efforts and deliver therapeutic touch; providing balance and harmony for each client. I am well versed in low back and shoulder injuries, dysfunction and imbalance and tailor your session to focus on your areas of need. I use hot bamboo sticks in my work, which are designed to deliver heat to tight muscles as well as firm pressure to assist in stretching and relax stubborn areas.

Massage Therapy
I have received over 70 hours of training in Thai Bodywork, with an emphasis on using a multi step approach to releasing knots in the muscles.
I have 2 years experience working as a massage Therapist in a busy Chiropractic office where patients would be scheduled for 30-60 minute Triggerpoint sessions on their target areas prior to being adjusted by the Doctor. Providing soft tissue work in addition to skeletal manipulation helped many patients retain their adjustment benefits for longer periods of time as well as making adjustments easier to perform.
Trained in manual lymph drainage to assist the body in moving stagnant edema into the thoracic duct.
I am a Reiki Master/Teacher in the Tibetan-Usui and Usui-Gray lineage. I not only perform Reiki treatments but I provide instruction/attunements for Reiki I and Reiki II levels.
I am trained in and use the Auth Method of Forearm Massage which means the entire massage is provided by the practitioner's forearms as opposed to fingers, knuckles and elbows. This allows for a broader surface area to be covered in less time yet with deep pressure resulting in less discomfort for the client.
