I have had the honor and privilege of facilitating healing to my clients since 2005. My two favorite healing modalities (as I have many) are Reflexology (feet, hands, ears) and Reiki (energy work). I have practiced the Art of Reflexology since 2009 and Reiki since 2005. I truly LOVE what I do! It is priceless to hear how these sessions have helped the enormous amounts of clients over the years. These modalities have helped them with chronic stress/anxiety/depression, PTSD, chronic pain, seasonal allergies, menstrual challenges, migraines, irritable bowel syndrome, sinus issues and can be very complimentary to clients dealing with cancer.
Reflexology is NOT a foot massage by any means. The goal of reflexology is to re-educate, re-pattern and re-condition the nerves through the neural/electrical system of the body. We have over 7,000 nerve endings in our feet and approximately 1300 or so in our hands. Each nerve corresponds to a particular area of the body. My job as a therapist is to use acupressure type of techniques and to use high quality/organic oils to stimulate these nerve endings. I can tell what area of your body that may be giving you some challenges and will help alleviate it for you. The results.....Within about 8-10 minutes, your body begins to relax and the healing phase begins.
Have you ever heard the saying "if your feet hurt, your whole body hurts" ? If you think about it, every day we walk, run, jump, play, dance, exercise, strut along going from one activity to another. Due to the mechanical nature of our feet, the type of shoes that we put our feet into, the way we walk barefoot, can cause some pain/wear tear on our bodies causing pain and soreness to the rest of our body. Reflexology helps to restore balance to our mind, body and "sole" (our feet).
Reiki (pronounced Ray-Key) is an energy healing practice that is usually done by placing the hands in a series of positions over or slightly above the body, as you are fully clothed. It promotes healing by activating the relaxation response and helping the body to balance itself from a very deep level. In 2005 I took my first Reiki class from a beautiful Irish woman named Eileen. From that moment on, I was completely hooked. I then completed Reiki I & II with her. I finished my Reiki Master with my mentor Rob a few years later (so I can teach others).
Reiki restores energy balance and vitality by relieving the physical and emotional effects of unreleased stress. It gently and effectively opens blocked meridians, chakras and helps to clear the energy bodies, leaving you feeling relaxed and at peace.

I proudly graduated from the Center For Healing Arts-Irwin's Reflexology School in March 2009.
I completed and fell in love with Reiki I after my first class in 2005. I followed up with Reiki II (distance healing) in 2006. In 2010 I received my Reiki Master Level so that I may teach others.
