Jessica has always helped me with pain, but she really outdid herself on my latest appointment. My low back was killing me for nearly a week, and she incorporated some new stretches that were very effective. I slept like a baby that night, for the first time in over a month!

Jessica is absolutely wonderful! She listens intently to all your concerns and finds the best way to address them. Then she explains her plan, seeks feedback and adjusts accordingly for the best long term outcome.

I arrived a few minutes early, but Jessica was ready when I got there, so we went ahead and got started. She listened to what I had to say about problem areas, and addressed those. Very good massage overall, and especially appreciated that she listened to what was bothering me and gave those areas special attention.
