Her experience of being a counselor has helped her really attune to people's needs and effectively communicate with clients about what their goals are for a massage.  Colleen utilizes Swedish, Deep Tissue, Myofascial, Stretching, and Energy work techniques on client's according to their needs and preferences.  

When she is not working, Colleen can be found playing or hiking with her dog, Jersey.  She likes to stay as active as possible and enjoys going for massages herself.  She feels that massage is one of the best ways to reduce stress and stay grounded.

I have never gone to get a massage and I was concerned about a stranger touching me but I had a pain in my arm that was not going away. Colleen quickly relieved me of my anxiety with her professionalism and welcoming work space. After a couple sessions my arm was feeling 90% better. I will continue to work with Colleen for as long as she is working in the area!

I go to some massage therapists for a nice back rub to feel good. I go to Colleen when I want to feel better. She is intuitive and thorough, and I feel amazing after our sessions.

Colleen does a great job at getting the deep spots. She makes sure that she is getting the areas that you need and want focused on and adjusts as you need.
