I graduated from Baltimore School of Massage in 2006 and received my state license and national certification in 2007. I specialize in Swedish, CBD, and deep tissue massages for clients. It is important that each client to feel comfortable and heard so that they can receive the best massage treatment plan possible to achieve the best results. For every treatment there will be clean linens, a massage table for mobile and within the shared Catonsville Counseling Wellness Center, music,  massage oil, and aromatherapy essential oil. Massage therapy is amazing for increasing range of motion, flexibility, and reducing stress.
