I have experience in home care, physical therapy, and other health-related fields, which led me to pursue a career in massage therapy—a field where I discovered I have a natural talent. I attended Milan Institute to obtain my massage license and Fresno State University, where I earned my Bachelor's in Kinesiology. I specialize in various bodywork techniques, including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Passive Joint Movement (stretching), and more. I offer massage services in cities between Los Angeles and Fresno, with my primary location in Bakersfield, CA, where my business is based. Outside of work, I enjoy dancing and traveling, in addition to excelling at my profession.

Massage Therapy
Kinesiology
I worked as a care giver for 1 year. During this process I had to work with manipulating the muscles and joints of patients, as well as, keeping in mind safety and medication use. I have accomplished an understanding of the body through my Kinesiology degree and my education for massage therapy through Milan institute. From this real life experience I have learned how to work with different disabilities and disease, brittle bones, elderly, and young persons alike.
I have my AA and Bachelor's in Kinesiology where I was able to focus on physical education, fitness, nutrition and many things under this umbrella. I have past experience working in physical therapy clinics, to teaching and training in dance fitness, to working within the schools. All of these different experiences provide me with knowledge and experience in how to manipulate ROM (range of motion), the body, and how to have an understanding of what may be going on with your muscles. This experience also provides me with understanding in different age groups, environments, and situations when handling injury, surgery, etc. Now with the experience of massage under my belt I only aim to use my experiences to help others in feeling and becoming their best selves.
