I graduated from COCC’s Massage Therapy program in 2020. I have decided after 15 years in the behavioral health field, that it was time for a change. Instead of just healing the minds of others, I also crave the need to be able to heal the body and spirit as well, which led me to the Massage Therapy program at COCC. My own personal experiences have made me great at what I do. I have a love of Science and helping people to grow to their fullest potential with their health and wellness. I have experience managing PTSD, anxiety, and depression with my patients through massage. I truly love being in my new profession that allows my compassion and understanding of others where they are currently at in their life. I'm trained in both therapeutic and relaxation massage with many other modalities including deep tissue, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, Swedish massage, hot stone massage and neuromuscular treatments and pregnancy massage. I’am currently also learning how to reintroduce positive touch to domestic violence survivors, while continuing to work on my science degree.
I am a proud mom of five beautiful grown children. I love to spend as much time as I can with my children and granddaughter. In my free time, I enjoy exploring the outdoors and many destinations that Central Oregon has to offer with my husband and family.
