My regular therapist was on vacation so I thought I'd try Maya. Since I work at a computer, I have chronic neck/back stiffness, even with a good ergnomic set up. Maya found more trigger points than I knew I had and focused on all of them, some of them quite deep and stubborn. She's my new favorite and I've already booked my next appointment. Definitely 5-start!
