My mission is to offer therapeutic bodywork and holistic education and empowerment of my community.
My massage style is very unique per my extensive training and life experience. 
I specialize in Integrative Therapy utilizing Myofascial Release and restorative deep tissue massage influenced by my thorough understanding of competitive athletic training, passionate study of human anatomy, 200 hour Yoga Teacher Trainings, Structural Integration, Trigger Point Therapy, Sports and Injury, Shiatsu, and Thai massage. I offer relaxation-based massage incorporating Swedish, Deep Tissue, Cranial Sacral Therapy, and Reflexology modalities, into each session and I am trained to offer Prenatal Massage.
