Kate Lain-Cespedes, LMT, CCT, MLD-C

Kate Lain-Cespedes is an experienced and intuitive Licensed Massage Therapist & Certified Cupping Therapist whose focus is on her clients' holistic health and wellbeing. In her sessions she will pinpoint specific areas of discomfort and work on restoring healthy muscle mobility.

Kate obtained her LMT accreditation from A New Beginning School of Massage in the Fall of 2015. After graduation she began working alongside a veteran chiropractor as well as many other massage organizations, which gave her a well-balanced beginning in the field of bodywork. Throughout the course of the following years she was able to quickly gain the skills and experience to start a flourishing private practice called Massage Lain that is going on its 3rd year in business.

Kate firmly believes that the most valuable asset you’ll ever have is your mind.
This belief gave her the drive to further her knowledge of the human body and has taken continuing education encompassing various subjects but aren't limited to; Contemporary Cupping Methods, Prenatal, Hot Stone, TMJD & Migraine treatments, Psoas bodywork, Techniques of Chair Massage, Cadaver Anatomy, and her most recent certification in Manual Lymphatic Drainage. Kate continues to take continuing education classes to stay sharp with new bodywork techniques as well as to satisfy her inquisitive nature.
