My passion for facilitating healing as a Myofascial Release Therapist comes after a lifetime researching, experiencing, and exploring the alternative health concepts that have become my career. Through it all, the most important lesson I’ve learned is that personal health, wellness, and happiness is made of love. We must learn to love ourselves, accept others’ love for us, and love others in order to truly heal.

I serve my country as a member of the United States Army, where I currently serve as a drill sergeant and resilience trainer. I am excited to treat my clients with the same degree of loyalty, dedication, and professionalism.
