I went in to see Sophie having some soreness for a few days. She did an amazing job at addressing my concerns, was very professional, naturally calming, and extremely talented! I feel so much better! I will return to see her again! I recommend any one to go see her for much needed self care. ❤️

Sophie was amazing. She asked what pressure I preferred. I had severe pain in back and shoulder, and Sophie did an amazing job providing some relief. Highly recommend Sophie!

She could find all of my knots and worked them out with good pressure, all the while keeping me relaxed like a noodle. She seems to love what she does and seems to know the musculoskeletal system very well!
