I booked my appt after hours (6 pm), The building and finding the signage for the office was rather difficult and a little scary as a woman walking alone through a dark parking lot and then having to walk through a completely empty silent office building with seemingly endless doors and hallways that all seemed like something out of a horror movie. I almost turned back several times. A text or email describing where in the building to go, better signage, lighting, or even standing outside to guide me into the building would have been comforting. However, I depended on the google reviews to believe I was not being kidnapped and forged on. Once I got to the office suite, it was very comfortable and welcoming.
