My hope is to restore freedom and pain free living through various modalities, and to create a space for healing, presence and collaboration with my clients to better reach these ideals.  My passions lie with trigger points release techniques,  working with fascia, and restoring postural habits that will best help clients maintain these changes.  I have 24 years of experience and am grateful to be part of such a dynamic and affective field of health care.
