I believe that massage therapy is one of the best holistic approaches to pain management, and it’s the primary reason I’ve chosen to start my own practice.
I've been a Massage Therapist for over four years now. My experience working with people with chronic pain has taught me a lot about the body, and how it responds to massage therapy. Everyone experiences pain differently, which is why I take the time to individualize each massage I give.
I've worked with many different types of athletes, from swimmers to bodybuilders; each sport affects the body in a different way. I played sports growing up and my passion for athletics has followed me into my practice. My goal is to help every athlete reach new heights, and to be able to take themselves to the next level in whatever sport they are in. Massage can help with many different types of ailments.
Here are a few:
- Tendonitis
- Arthritis
- Fibromyalgia
- TMJ
- Sore muscles
- Anxiety
- Headaches and migraines
- Muscle spasm and cramping
Massage also promotes:
- Circulation
- Joint flexibility
- Range of motion
- Muscle recovery for athletes of any level
- Tissue regeneration (reducing scar tissue and stretch marks)
I am a LGBTQ affirming therapist and NON- discriminating therapist, when you are working with me it is a safe space.
