Massage Therapy is a tool everyone should use.  It's more than a way to escape for an hour or so.  It enhances your overall well-being by allowing the mind and body to truly listen to each other.  This creates an opportunity to identify the factors that cause stress and lead to dysfunction within the tissues and systems of the body.  Once these factors are identified, steps can be taken by the practitioner, as well as the client, to focus on correcting improper behavioral patterns that lead to the postural distortions of the body that we all see each and every day.

I am passionate about this work and have seen the amazing results it produces over my last 10 years in this industry.  The service I provide is friendly, professional, and results-oriented.  I specialize in Swedish, deep tissue, and neuromuscular therapy.  If you take the time out to focus on your health, I promise you will not be disappointed.  I look forward to meeting you!!

After going to Charles for a little over 3 years, I can say I've never had a disappointing massage. He has helped me regain flexibility and mobility. His experience, skill, and professionalism are second to none and his knowledge in reflexology and joint work have helped tremendously with old injuries. Thank you, Chuck, for all of your help!
