     I studied and practiced a variety of energy healing styles before I found myself in the Esalen Massage program at the Esalen Institute in Big Sur, California in 2006. This was a transformative time for me and along the way I began weaving my energy work into the massage I gave. When I moved to Asheville, NC from Kauai in 2015, I decided to take my massage practice deeper by attending school at Center for Massage and Natural Healing. 

    Now I practice Esalen Massage in my own office in downtown Asheville. Other modalities that I offer include Reiki, Shamanic Healing, Soul Retrieval, Spiritual Massage, Medical Qigong, and Reflexology. 
When I am not massaging, I enjoy yoga, Playing with my kitten, and the beautiful nature surrounding Asheville, NC.

I get massages periodically as a special treat and Lisa’s massage was really really special. I love her technique, especially the long strokes and assisted stretch’s. She was very intuitive about pressure using stronger strokes when necessary and easing in on other areas. Her office is very attractive and along with her personality creates a very calming atmosphere. Definitely one of the best massage sessions I have experienced.
