Things to consider while booking:
All services are by appointment only. If you wish to book an appointment please be advised that an appointment must be made online and must be made at least 24hrs in advance. The availability that you see online is current and up-to-date. If any last minute openings are available notifications will be sent out to our email listing. Walk-in services are rare!
Payment, Cancellations, and Rescheduling:
All payments are final! There are no refunds! Canceling and rescheduling of services require a 24hr notice before your appointment. Failure to reschedule within 24hrs will result in a 50 % charge. Members will have a credit removed from their account.
HSA/ FSA:
Make use of your FSA/HSA benefits. We accept FSA/HSA payments to cover the cost of your treatments. Feel free to use your account to pay for your session with complete confidence.
Sick | COVID-19:
If you are sick having a fever, nausea/vomiting, and excessive coughing please reschedule your appointment. Must be tested negative before returning into the spa.
Sexual Misconduct:
Under no circumstances will we tolerate any sexual misconduct or sexual harassment. At any time the therapist or the client may end the session if they are uncomfortable. Should such conduct occur client will be banned from booking with us again.
