My name is Maureen and I graduated from the Massage Therapy program, at Anne Arundel Community College in 2005. I gained a special interest in holistic health and well-being, after a neck injury, resulting in surgery. I am dedicated in assisting my clients alleviate pain from their daily lives.

My name is Maureen and I graduated from the Massage Therapy program, at Anne Arundel Community College in 2005. I gained a special interest in holistic health and well-being, after a neck injury, resulting in surgery. I am dedicated in assisting my clients alleviate pain from their daily lives.

My treatments are customize differently for each client and their individual needs at the time of service.  I often draw on all the different techniques, with a strong holistic lean on relaxation. In a busy and often stressful world. I believe that a nurturing massage and energy treatment can restore and revive the person, as well as offering support whilst going through a stressful time, recovering from illness, low energy or grief. Massage can help release pent up stress and tension to help you regain balance. Thereby giving you peace of mind, clarity and focus to your daily life. Nuture your soul and live in balance!

I have trained and hold certification in the following modalities: Oncology, Dr.Vodder Lymphatic Drainage, Cupping, Myofasical Release, Deep Tissue, Swedish, Aromatherapy, Reflexology, Reiki Master, Psychology of the Body, and a Sound Healing Therapist.

Maureen is an artist and writer of poetry. A big believer in art as medicine, she is a Facilitator of Touch Drawing and Sound Baths Meditation. Loves to learn about different cultures and art from around the world, which is a benefit to her healing practice.

I have over 10 years of massage experience. Within that time frame I owned a small private massage therapy studio, serving hundreds of clients. Over the years I have taken various continued education to advance my skills and learn new modalities. Here are some of the Massage Training I have taken: Oncology, Dr. Vodder Lymphatic Drainage, Cupping, Hot Stones, Myofasica Release, Deep Tissue, Swedish, Reflexology, Aromatherapy, Reiki Master in Usui, Kundalini and Level 3 in Sekhem-Seichim Reiki. Also a Certified Sound Healing Therapist, Touch Drawing Facilitator and trained in Psychology of the Body.
