I started my love of bodywork in 2001 becoming a certified massage practitioner and sharing my own massage therapy practice in Alaska with two other like-minded holistic therapists that lasted for 12 years until my return to WA state.  I have a lifelong love of learning and upon my return to WA, I became a certified STOTT Pilates Instructor, a licensed Physical Therapy Assistant, obtained my WA massage therapist license, and completed my training as a Reiki Level I/II practitioner. I'm passionate about massage modalities as a way to help decrease pain and stress, promote relaxation and increase overall sense of well being and function. I'm passionate about Reiki as a path to utilize energy to assist others to heal what is ready to heal in themselves.   I have experience in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Craniosacral, Reiki, Lymphatic, Positional Release, and Myofascial Release.  Change is the only constant, so my goal is to listen and meet your body's needs where they are in the moment. I strongly believe creating body awareness and listening to the body are the powerful steps to create shifts in mind, body, and spirit.
