What happens in your mind manifests in your body - we all know where we "carry" our own stress. I carry mine in my shoulders. Equally - what's happening in the body will alter your perception, effectively changing your mind and outlook. I am not a very nice person when I allow my stress to build without correction, to the point of causing me chronic pain. Very few people are.

As I build my arsenal of tools, I will make them available. I am currently prenatal certified and a level 2 Holy Fire Reiki practitioner.

My massage tends to be heavy handed, though I can moderate my pressure well. I will never work outside of your tolerance levels as long as we communicate about what you are feeling. My intent is only to help you - and sometimes that might mean some discomfort or even mild pain to resolve the particularly stubborn issues. I am not a relaxing therapist, though people do tend to zone out while I work on them from the endorphins released during the initial tough points. Your body knows what to do - trust it.
