Alexandra Lowry was born in Richmond, Va. Growing up with a chiropractor as a father, she was innately led to an occupation of therapeutic touch. She has a passion and desire to assist in the curative health of all clients, while maintaining client confidentiality and a sensitivity during all client interactions.

During her education at the American Institute of Massage, Alexandra learned to become proficient in remedial deep tissue, sports medicine, reflexology, and neuromuscular therapy as well as other techniques, which she customizes based on the requirements and preference of her client. She has experience in many other modalities including Myofascial release, prenatal massage, cross-fiber friction, trigger point therapy, and lymphatic massage. She enjoys working with athletes because it motivates her to be a better athlete herself.

Alexandra played various sports throughout high school. She loves to journal and draw. Her other interests include all outdoor activities she can do with her dog Cooper. She also enjoys running, hiking, skateboarding, and camping. She participates avidly in Cross Fit at different area gyms, and likes to spend time with family and friends.
