Welcome to my Integrative Bodywork and Massage Therapy Center. 

I graduated from Florida College of Natural Health in 2010 and became Nationally Certified in Massage Therapy and Bodywork. Since then, I have worked with a wide variety of clients in both a relaxing spa ambiance and medical facility.

I am a member of the Academy of Integrative Health and Medicine, American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA), International Medi-Cupping Association, Day Spa Association, and National Education Alliance.

During your first Consultation/Assessment session, I design the most beneficial customized treatment plan that includes varied bodywork practices and medical massage techniques. My goal is to engage my clients in the process of recovery and help them become more responsible for their health and well-being.

To help you make massage therapy a part of your wellness program, we offer varied payment options that can fit any budget.
1. Insurance Reimbursement for Massage Therapy
(You pay for your massage therapy and then get reimbursed by your Insurance)
- In order for insurance companies to reimburse for massage therapy, the condition being treated must be medically necessary. The way insurers initially determine medical necessity is by the diagnosis, designated by a code corresponding with the medical condition provided by the treating physician.
***During your Consultation/Assessment session, our massage therapist can provide you with the codes and recommended treatment that you can submit to your Primary Care Physician while requesting a Massage Therapy Prescription.
2. We accept HSA/FSA payments for massage therapy

Let your physician know that you have FSA or HSA and you'd like to use some of your funds toward massage for treatment or prevention of your condition.
3. Self-paid (up to 25% off)
We offer varied discount options which can be found on our website.
4. Referral Program (FREE sessions)
- If you're referred by our current client, your Consultation/Assessment session is only $50/hour.
- If your referrals get 10 sessions, you get 1 FREE.
