NeuroMuscular Therapy is the combination of Medical & Neuromuscular Therapies. Both of these practices strive to find the imbalances in your soft tissue starting from just after your central nervous system following thru to where your imbalance is in the farthest reach of your system. Together we address; posture, ergonomics, daily activities like working out, what you do to rest your body. We discuss  past and present injuries and accidents, as well as diseases and some medications that can impact your soft tissue health and mobility. 

A session with me is vary rarely a full body massage, but a concentrated and highly focused clearing of any soft tissue system; muscular, facial, lymphatic, tendon, and peripheral nervous. My goal in every session is to give you back more Range of Motion, less pain, decrease swelling & for every session for your chief complaint to either be removed or drastically improved.
 

Either way I can bring you back to the life that you enjoy through a combination of massage modalities like Swedish, Deep Tissue, Myokinesthetics, Reflexology, Relaxation or Therapeutic Hot Stone. Massage can be deeply restorative for the body and help you heal from car accidents, work related injuries, bad ergonomics, or just years of muscular neglect.

Lyle is the best neuromuscular therapist I've ever met. He has an incredible ability to find the source of pain and relieve it. Every session leaves me feeling so much better. He is extremely talented, knowledgeable, and experienced, and you can tell he truly cares about helping his clients. I highly recommend Lyle to anyone dealing with pain or muscle tension.

Lyle has extensive knowledge and skill when it comes to working with the body and all its' quirks. His massages are not for fun, they are for healing and repairing and I feel noticeably better after. Lyle has a gift for targeting just the right area to release tension and stimulate circulation. My body is aging and has issues... and this therapy is helping me deal with those things. I highly recommend Lyle and I'm glad I found my way here.

I booked a 90-minute massage for $220+ and unfortunately left feeling worse than when I arrived. The treatment room was located in the basement of an office building and separated by a curtain rather than a door, which made it feel less private than I expected. The room was very dark, with no lighting, making it difficult to get dressed and undressed comfortably. There was also no music, which made the environment feel less relaxing. Heard the medical staff upstairs the whole time. There was also a dog present in the treatment room during my session. While I understand it may be there for a legitimate reason, I personally did not expect a dog to be in the massage space helpful and found the odor distracting. During the massage, the pressure was much deeper than I was comfortable with. I mentioned that it was painful several times, but the pressure was not adjusted and I was not asked whether it was comfortable. I experienced significant soreness and stiffness afterward and ended up seeking another massage to address the discomfort. Parking was easy, and the therapist was professional in our conversations. However, based on my experience, I would not return or recommend this location.
