I approach every massage session as an opportunity help you resolve pain, and increase mindful body awareness.
I use Lymph Drainage, Polarity Energy Balancing Thai, Swedish, Ayurvedic, and Orthopedic Massage to reach those goals. I also offer Self-Massage & Fascial Release instruction 1-on-1, before or after your session. (Should you choose that add-on!)
Sessions can be focused very therapeutically, or focused on deep restoration and relaxation. I will ask you details about your health history and tailor each session to your needs.
